Diet low in calories to lose weight?
I am a woman. I desperately want to lose weight. Currently my weight is 73 kgs. My diet is as follows (I South Indian) I start my day with a quart of water fasting and before washing (water therapy) Fast Break: a bowl of cabbage soup Media Day: A cup of coffee 2 pillets gold with no sugar Lunch: small bowl of salad, three or idlis chapathis 3 along with some side effects of evening light dishes: A cup of coffee Pillets sugar 2 gold, along with three crackers Dinner: a plate of horse gram soup I started exercising for an hour. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes floor exercises. Please let me if I'm in the right way to lose weight and also let me know approximately how much is my calorie intake and how many days I can see the results.
While most people say it is not enough. What makes me furious. Blah, blah, blah, starvation mode, blah. To be honest, you will lose weight quickly, and I mean very fast. However, if you start eating normally again *, which basically means that most people eat the garbage they were eating before, then you will put everything back in if not more. You can keep the weight but if you eat healthily, and carry out the exercise ragime. I hope it helped.
