How I can lose weight quickly?
I am a woman, 17, 5'5, 180, a vegetarian, and hate seafood. I have tried every diet alone in the book exactly. I have tried Jenny Craig, the diet of the Sacred Heart Cabbage Soup Diet etc. that have become vegetarians, eating only fruits and vegetables, one or the other. I worked out, went to the gym and eat healthy but does not work for me, absolutely nothing. I grew a little bigger than other children. But my doctor told me that I am destined to be skinny. From now on, even I have a personal trainer. I know it takes time, but I just want to throw everything they can, as soon as possible. Please, please, if anyone out there know any diet pill really help anyone who can help with any diet or not .. Please, you really need Help, please. … thanks
